This Water Damaged Living room Ceiling in Rowland Heights, CA was the result of a Roof Leak. The Broken roof tile was the reason the living room ceiling got damaged. The SERVPRO Technicians tarped the open area on the roof until a roofer could fix the roof. SERVPRO was able to take care of the water damaged ceiling and drywall. To dry out the area successfully the drywall and drywall ceiling had to be removed in order for the affected area to completely dry. The customers greatly appreciated our assistance and how we worked around their own work schedules to accommodate them.
