Enter: the enemy

Modern technology has truly come a long way, especially in the last thirty or so years. Between the advent of smart technology like phones and GPS and creature comforts like automated thermostats and food delivery services on every smart phone's app store, we truly are living in a renaissance period.

That being said, some things never change. For instance, washing machines still leak. Apparently, water missed the memo when it comes to updating.

No matter how, when, or where, leaks happen. It is as predictable as the sunrise. These types of calls are by and large still the most common that we receive. Whether its a chip malfunction or a hose line, washer floods are always a topic of conversation in our morning meetings.

It seems as though some things are destined to remain the same forever.
